Blog Day 12 – Catherine Solomon ‘The rest of my life’
By quitting smoking I have better chances of having kids, younger looking skin, whiter teeth, cleaner looking fingernails, better breathing and less stress.
I am saving up to $120 every two weeks. My money is spent on things I don’t already have, things I really need and fun things; like going out to the cinemas and going out for dinner with the family.
The outlook for the rest of my life as a non-smoker looks good, the health impact for the rest of my life is gonna be healthier. I have a better chance of living longer and less chances of getting cancer.
I personally think that I have made the best choice for myself, at the end of the day “you only live once”.
Over the years I have lost a few family members to smoking and cancer. It’s sad to see family grieve over many years after their death. I never want this to happen to my close family. The most important things to me in my life are my family and health.
Being a guest blogger for No Smokes made me realize how good it is to be a non-smoker and the benefits I get out of it.
