FACT: Quitting smoking will help increase the oxygen in your blood, and your muscles will become stronger & healthier. This means that you’ll be able to perform better on the sports field (or dance floor!)

So if you want to run faster, shoot hoops better, or kick the footy further, stop smoking!

Just one day after you quit, you’ll already have more oxygen in your blood, and within three months, your lungs will start to heal so that you can breathe easier and don’t get so out of breath when you run around.
