Quit tip: Keep a water bottle with you


Quit tip: Drinking water can help satisfy the hand to mouth action that you usually get with cigarettes. Sipping on a drink bottle is a bit like sucking on a smoke.

Plus water is so much better for you…try it. (p.s. we recommend a non-disposable bottle, that you can fill up again and again. Better for the environment – and your wallet!)
